Referral Program

To participate in Referral Program (“Program”), Referring Customer must have an active residential CenturyLink account in 1 or more CenturyLink local service areas. Business accounts not eligible for credits. CenturyLink employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to refer and Referring Customer may not refer themselves or their own accounts. Program is subject to change and may vary by service area. CenturyLink may add, change or remove any part of the Program or discontinue the Program at any time. All Program participants must maintain a qualifying CenturyLink account in good credit standing to receive all applicable Program credits, as allocated below..

Referring Customer

Referring Customer receives one-time, $50 invoice credit when a Referred Customer subscribes to new, qualifying residential High-Speed Internet services (“Qualifying Services”) and maintains such Qualifying Services for a minimum of 30 days. All credits are in the form of CenturyLink invoice credits. Referring Customer is limited to a total of $600 in invoice credits per calendar year. Please allow 90 days from the date Referred Customer orders Qualifying Service and meets the requirements below for credits to appear on Referring Customer’s invoice

Referred Customer

Referred Customers who order Qualifying Services by June 30, 2012, will receive a one-time $50 invoice credit after meeting good standing requirements. If these requirements are met, please allow 90 days from the date Referred Customer ordered Qualifying Services for credits to appear on Referred Customer’s invoice.
